What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to ensure quality software development across the software life cycle
- Conduct test planning, design, scripting, and manual test execution
- Monitor program performance using logging tools and user experience analysis
- Troubleshoot issues and assist in root-cause analysis
- Utilize data querying and analysis tools to identify or predict software issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in software development, testing, technical support, troubleshooting, or research & analysis
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, and SCRUM principles
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps, SQL, and C#
- Background in testing or working with UX, Web Applications, Web APIs/WCF Services, and Stored Procedures
