What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on specifications
- Execute test cases, document results, and analyze test outcomes to identify trends
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects throughout the lifecycle
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and improvement of QA processes and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in software QA within the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and scripts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications (e.g., International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB))
- Knowledge of API testing, database testing, and cloud platforms
- Experience with various testing types including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability
