What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop software engineering policies, procedures, and templates for Applications Solutions
- Train IT staff on software engineering procedures and provide Tier 1 support
- Perform random sampling of software engineering efforts for quality assurance compliance
- Collaborate with IT Performance Analytics to update Standard Operating Procedures in the IT Handbook
- Provide systems analyst training to administrative and program areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of full-time experience in computer programming, systems analysis, or program analysis for Systems Analyst IV; four years for Systems Analyst V
- Proven experience implementing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Knowledge of auditing methodologies and SDLC principles (agile, waterfall)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TWC technology platforms and IT policies and procedures
- Familiarity with SharePoint and ALM Octane
- Background in Public Sector delivery
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Skills in research and investigations
