What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Quality assure all new trips for accuracy according to operational procedures and controls
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on trips to maintain clarity and understanding
- Document findings in a standardized location for the Global Trip Support Management team
- Provide ongoing feedback to trip support team members and management regarding quality assurance
- Assist with customer service issues and participate in training classes as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-4 years of BGA or commercial trip planning experience, preferably within operations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in software such as Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Word, and Forms
- General knowledge of world geography
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in private, charter, and/or commercial airline operations
- Familiarity with quality control processes in a trip support setting
