What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure quality maintenance and accountability of customer support processes through procedural documentation and verification
- Catalogue data with appropriate PestRoutes flags and note categories for cross-functional analysis
- Conduct data entry of audits through telephony, CRM, and other operations systems
- Audit data entered by other Customer Support roles to monitor adherence to established procedures
- Report errors encountered by support staff to relevant supervisors for coaching and correction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma is required; Associate degree is preferred
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Access and Outlook
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Sincere passion for creating systems that ensure uplifting and positive customer experiences

- Experience in quality assurance or customer care roles within a similar industry
