      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct investigations and complete reports within established timelines
      - Provide training and technical assistance to qualified vendors/service providers and division staff
      - Drive to licensed settings to complete health and safety reviews
      - Answer incident reporting phone line and document calls via call log
      - Receive incident reports via fax, email, and verbal notification, and perform initial review for seriousness and priority

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Effective interviewing skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to prioritize and meet timelines
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Knowledge of investigation and fact-finding methods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a vulnerable population
      - Experience conducting investigations
      - In-state travel experience
