What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the overall quality assurance plan to ensure the integrity of work delivered
- Coordinate requests and assure the quality of testing and documentation
- Create and maintain procedures, templates, tools, and manuals for testing processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management software and tools relevant to web applications
- At least 5 years of experience in manual testing, including creating and executing comprehensive test cases
- 5 years of experience with software development processes and industry standards (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of tools like Cypress Studio or RSPEC Rails testing frameworks
- Leadership experience in managing quality initiatives
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance in complex environments
