What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor departmental adherence to procedures and report potential findings to managers
- Conduct operational and compliance reviews to assess internal controls
- Execute detailed quality assurance procedures, reviewing transactions and documents for accuracy
- Ensure compliance with the employer's policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience with High School diploma/GED
- Previous experience in mortgage servicing
- Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience
- Minimum of 1 year in foreclosure, escrow, bankruptcy, statements, payments, loss mitigation, or account management/customer service
- Solid verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with experience translating in both oral and written forms
- Familiarity with Black Knight LPS/MSP/Director Premier
- Knowledge of Share Point, Auditing Software, and Data conversions
- Experience in income calculation or financial documentation
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
