      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular reviews of client contacts to ensure compliance with program and contractual requirements
      - Evaluate inbound and outbound call recordings to provide feedback on customer service skills
      - Live-monitor and score calls for quality assurance
      - Review clinical documentation and Electronic Health Record coding for accuracy and appropriateness
      - Collaborate with the training team to identify needs and implement coaching plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Social Science, Human Services, or a related field
      - Registration as an Agency Affiliated counselor in Washington State
      - 1-3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a call center
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong active listening skills and ability to improve customer service with a trauma-informed approach
