What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular reviews of client contacts in accordance with agency and program policies
- Evaluate inbound and outbound call recordings to assess customer service skills and compliance
- Live-monitor and score calls for quality assurance
- Review clinical documentation and Electronic Health Record coding for accuracy and appropriateness
- Collaborate with training teams to identify training needs and create staff coaching plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Social Science, Human Services, or related field
- Registration as an Agency Affiliated counselor in Washington State
- 1-3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably with call monitoring in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
