What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular reviews of client contacts to ensure compliance with agency and program policies
- Evaluate inbound and outbound call recordings for counselor performance and compliance
- Live-monitor and score calls for quality assurance
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy and appropriateness
- Identify training needs and assist in developing staff coaching plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Social Science, Human Services, or related field
- Registration as an Agency Affiliated counselor in Washington State
- 1-3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a call center setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
