What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years progressive claims/customer service/enrollment &/or billing auditing experience
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and production technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication, research, organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
