What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular reviews of client contacts to ensure compliance with agency and program policies
- Evaluate call recordings to provide feedback on counselor performance and customer service skills
- Live-monitor calls for quality assurance and compliance
- Review clinical documentation and Electronic Health Record coding for accuracy
- Collaborate with management and training teams to identify training needs and implement coaching plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Social Science, Human Services, or a related field
- Registration as an Agency Affiliated counselor in Washington State
- 1-3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, apply critical thinking, and implement solutions
