What is Required (Qualifications):

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a healthcare setting
- At least 1 year of experience in home health care
- Strong understanding of home health care regulations and quality assurance processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in quality assurance or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
