What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the evaluation and disposition of labelling, raw materials, and finished products
- Participate in overseeing deviation, change control, and CAPA programs
- Write new standard operating procedures and assist in the implementation of new processes
- Assist in assembling metrics and implementing continuous improvements
- Facilitate and coordinate training of new and existing team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a science-related field
- 2-4+ years of industry experience, preferably in gene and cell therapy
- 2+ years of QA experience
- Experience in GMP environments and change management principles
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience drafting and leading deviation investigations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with demanding timelines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Domestic travel up to 25% to support CDMO activities
