      BonnaVilla is s eeking a Quality Control Specialist to join the Chief team. This position will i nspect all homes to assure they are built to specification and codes.

      Experience:
      • Should have a working knowledge of manufactured housing.u00A0u00A0 Extreme experience with construction methods and the use of a large variety of construction tools is required.u00A0 This is not an entry level position,u00A0 knowledge of department policies and procedures is required.u00A0 Expert knowledge of the reading of a tape measure and blue print reading and interpretation is required.u00A0u00A0 Gain knowledge of building codes (National Electric Code, Uniform Building Code, Manufactured Home Construction & Safety Standards) and other applicable codes via manuals and job experience so as to assure compliance as required.u00A0u00A0 Must be organized, self motivated and able to multi task.u00A0u00A0 Must promote quality in every department of the facility.u00A0 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others is mandatory. u00A0

      Education:
      • High School Diploma, or GED, required.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities: u00A0
      • Inspect each unit thru all stages of production to assure building codes, standards and specifications are being met.
      • Compares each unit with blueprints and purchase orders to assure conformance with all engineering specifications.
      • Informs area supervisor or designated employees of discrepancies found and follows up to ensure completion.
      • Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis and turn in to proper personnel.
      • Performs other duties as requested by immediate supervisor.u00A0
