What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop internet/intranet web pages in the prescribed format adhering to client requirements within agreed TAT
- Provide information and educate customers to update trackers and required applications
- Effectively communicate information on products/services and troubleshoot issues within specified time frames
- Meet process SLAs/metrics for productivity and quality targets
- Receive tickets/work on issues related to respective process and raise/update CRM tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or above
- Speaking English
- Customer service skills
