DUTIES: Duties to include: Serve as a technical / software programming resource in the design and implementation of test software (unit test/automation) for software applications, system architectures /framework or software test tools that achieve desired Optum, systems application and development functionality; Solve complex software engineering problems / issues requiring insight and innovation; Solve complex software engineering / technical problems in innovative and effective ways; Design, code, unit test, white box test, and debug software; write or participate in code documentation; Lead complex software test engineering / framework designs from products / customer requirements to functional specifications to coding to unit testing and debugging to software acceptance and release; Follow development best practices; Keep agile tracking tool(s) up to date.

REQUIREMENTS: will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,

Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics or related field and five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation. Position requires five (5) years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the following:
• Functional Test Design and Execution, Regression, E2E, and UAT;
• API testing;
• Creating stubs and Driver Scripts;
• Agile Methodology.
