• Collaborate in a cross-functional team responsible for the development and success of FireMon software products used in security operations.
• Plan, execute, and track testing activities and milestones within an agile environment.
• Participate in backlog refinement to identify test plans and cases for upcoming changes.
• Advise engineering team leads on designing applications for testability.
• Work closely with engineering leaders and managers to assess software delivery risks.
• Maintain test environments to ensure they support the testing process effectively.
• Assist Development Leads in monitoring the health of application deployments in test environments, regression tests, and application risks.
• Mentor fellow testers and developers on best testing practices.
• Audit test cases and test data to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify requirements for testing tools and evaluate test technologies to enhance processes.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings, offering technical insights.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and issues.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues in-house for timely resolution.

• Must have experience working within Network Security.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience that demonstrates foundational computer science knowledge.
• Proven experience in complete solution testing across multiple languages or in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Java and TypeScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in identifying and implementing test process improvements.
• Ability to proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues in testing systems.
• Knowledge of network and network security management concepts is preferred.
• Experience in testing network devices using either manual or automated strategies is preferred.
