What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the quality of battery core testing, including physical and chemical testing and appearance inspections
- Improve testing effectiveness and develop standardized testing methods
- Analyze daily data, address quality inspection issues, and promote improvements
- Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot process problems and ensure closed-loop management
- Implement training programs to enhance internal personnel's operating skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience in production and Supplier Quality
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in Mandarin
