What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to improve manufacturing processes and products
- Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues using various tools and methodologies
- Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently
- Support expedited concern resolution with cross-functional teams, including Quality and Production
- Responsible for document control and ensuring the effectiveness of document management systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience in manufacturing engineering
- Proven problem-solving ability and experience in creating and implementing processes
- Previous production supervision experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification
- 5 years of experience in automotive and quality analysis
- Familiarity with Ford Q1 and QOS standards
- Exposure to lithium-ion cell or battery manufacturing
