      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage interdepartmental projects to achieve quality targets
      - Identify root causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions
      - Measure key output variables to assess performance changes
      - Analyze changes in performance and determine the impacts of interventions
      - Lead the implementation of effective interventions to drive improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience leading project teams focused on quality improvement efforts
      - Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies
      - Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and Microsoft applications
      - Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
      - Experience with NCQA and HEDIS measurements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a Lean practitioner and/or Six Sigma Black Belt
      - Medicaid experience
      - Financial management skills
