What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct HEDIS record reviews, including obtaining, reviewing, and abstracting medical records
- Collaborate with health plan project managers and departments to improve member outcomes
- Access and navigate various EMR systems remotely to gather required medical record data
- Perform onsite visits within Arizona to review and abstract medical records as needed
- Maintain productivity and quality expectations while providing professional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Arizona or compact state RN license
- Must reside in Phoenix, AZ, or the surrounding area
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting medical records, including handwritten records
- 3+ years of experience documenting electronically using keyboard and multiple computer screens

- Experience with a variety of EMR systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
