What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain, review, abstract, and data enter medical records for HEDIS® supplemental data processes
- Conduct onsite visits within Arizona to collect and review medical record data for large groups
- Collaborate with health plan project managers and departments to improve member outcomes
- Access and navigate various EMR systems to obtain necessary medical record data
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and data entry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active and unrestricted Arizona or compact state RN license
- Must reside in Phoenix, AZ, or the surrounding area
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting medical records, including handwritten records
- 3+ years of experience documenting electronically using MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel

- Experience with a variety of EMR systems
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills, clear and concise
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with NCQA HEDIS and STARS Measures for both Medicare and Medicaid
