Job Description
- Req#: R-92038
- Develop and review Quality procedures to align with MDLZ Quality Policy, FSSC22000 and other Global requirements
- Cascades to manufacturing new or revised Quality Policy, Specifications, and strategies, identified gaps and drives implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance to standards
- Checks implementation effectiveness, identifies gaps, taking corrective actions, recommends closure of non-conformances and provides recommendation for improvement
- Coordinate completion of Quality related audits from internal and external parties within all relevant departments. This includes ensuring closure of all identified non- conformances
- Provides assistance in the preparation and conduct of the Management Review to appraise management of quality status
- Drive risk management and continuous products/process quality and sanitation improvement activities
- Relevant experience (operations, quality and/or R&D)
- Project management and managing multiple priorities
- ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and quality management systems knowledge and auditing
- Working knowledge of ISO based system implementation and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, project management, pro-activeness, good decision-making and change management are also essential to the performance of this position.

This position will ultimately provide support to manufacturing and services and assist with achieving the specific Quality Mondelez objectives of the organization. Contributing to safety and quality of all products while balancing the need for production.
