What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and performance improvement activities
- Compile and report quality performance statistics on a quarterly basis
- Ensure proper processing of billing files for submission
- Attend trainings and educate oneself on documentation requirements
- Conduct training and in-services as directed
- Upload statistics to manager dashboard and send productivity reports to supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- MIPS (CMS Merit-Based Incentive Program) Quality Reporting knowledge
- 3+ years experience in a medical practice or similar setting
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate experience with creating and displaying reports on Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Healthcare Quality reporting preferred but not required
