      * Flexible location: Greater Melbourne / Gippsland Reporting to the Quality Safeguarding and Practice Excellence Manager, the position of Quality, Safeguarding, and Practice Partner at Aruma entails providing extensive support to the management teams of both adults and children's services. The primary goal is to effectively manage risks, attain accreditation, and fulfil quality management objectives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the quality of practice and elevating care standards throughout all service sectors. This alignment will be based on evidence-backed research, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance, particularly in safeguarding. Your main emphasis will be on shaping an ongoing process of learning and practice development, fostering continual improvements in both individual and team approaches. These enhancements will be deeply integrated into policies, procedures, and practical implementations. About you * Tertiary level qualification in Allied Health Services, Health Sciences, Human Services, Management, or relevant field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability or related sector. * A current Australian driver’s license, good driving record. * Ability to travel intra or interstate from time to time. * NDIS Worker Screening Check. * Victorian Working With Children’s Check.
