What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Facilitate coaching sessions for ongoing training and development assessments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Quality Control, or Financial Services with a focus on Quality Assurance
- Proficient in call center call monitoring and recording software, such as Aspect Quality Manager (AQM)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and improving call monitoring formats and quality standards
- Familiarity with client satisfaction survey programs and feedback mechanisms
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data
