What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational direction to the Quality Support Specialists (QSS) and Store Support Representative (SSR) team members
- Collaborate with internal and external account support teams to resolve technical and operational issues
- Oversee the training of QSS and SSR teams on new products and operational changes
- Create and maintain performance reports to monitor and track weekly/monthly activity
- Manage expenses for the QSS and SSR teams while ensuring compliance with operational procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in the field service industry
- 3+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of program management experience, including data analytics
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work with varied teams and skill levels
- Knowledge of finance and accounting
- Knowledge of project management principles
