What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a team of 2 QA System Specialists and oversee their activities
- Oversee projects for implementing new IT systems, developing strategies and tactical plans
- Maintain global policies for laboratory enterprise systems ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as a liaison during site regulatory inspections and audits related to enterprise laboratory systems
- Identify and implement new technologies for Quality Control Operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in quality systems or business support in a regulated environment
- Experience in compliance and/or quality assurance
- Proven track record in quality system development and implementation
- Strong leadership and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI supporting tools and data automation technologies
- Familiarity with global master data standards and change management practices
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
