      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop predictive models and leverage data-driven insights to enhance strategy performance and uncover new trading opportunities
      - Design and implement robust and scalable CI/CD data pipelines
      - Translate machine learning algorithms into executable code
      - Support existing strategies and assist in the development of new ones using proprietary software
      - Stay informed on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's/PhD in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
      - Strong GPA of 3.5 or higher
      - Proficient in probability, statistics, and machine learning for time-series data
      - Excellent programming skills in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus
      - Experience with software engineering best practices, including test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Practical experience applying machine learning techniques in trading applications
      - Familiarity with high-performance computing (HPC) environments, such as SLURM
      - Experience with orchestration and containerization tools (e.g., Singularity, Docker, Airflow, Prefect)
      - Prior experience developing applications on a Linux stack
      - Strong ability to prioritize tasks while keeping long-term objectives in mind
