      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries such as confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
      - Personalize customer experiences while managing a high volume of calls
      - Analyze account data and promote additional products during customer interactions
      - Follow established protocols and report to an assigned Supervisor
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
      - Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Greater Boise, ID area, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia
      - Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
      - Headset compatible with employer specifications
      - High-speed internet connection; satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service or retail environments
      - Familiarity with navigating multiple systems and screens
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various styles
