What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, recommend, reserve, and execute investigations and settlements for large property claims
- Ensure compliance with corporate claim settlement policies and statutory requirements
- Assess indemnity and expense exposure of assigned claims
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to enhance claim handling expertise
- Provide mentorship to Associate General Adjusters and Property Damage Adjusters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have 5+ years of experience as a full file Claim Adjuster for complex property losses over $300,000
- Strong knowledge of commercial/residential claims and ability to interpret insurance coverage
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Consistent high level of performance and achievement throughout career
- Proficiency in cost estimation, preferably using Xactimate, and MS Office applications (i.e., Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a full file Claim Property Adjuster managing moderately severe property claims
- Experience in handling business income losses
- Good working knowledge of regional jurisdictional issues
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
