- Performing radar evaluation with the focus on requirement verification and validation,

- Master degree in preferably Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related technical study
- Ambitious, willing to travel and really willing to invest in a career as Senior Radar Evaluator
- Affinity or some experience with system-/test engineering is a plus
- Good communication skills and able to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch; proficient in German is a plus

As a Radar Evaluator within the System Engineering department you work in a multidisciplinary team
on the system testing of both newly developed radar systems and systems involving modkits.We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious colleague who is eager to grow professionally as a Senior Evaluator for complex/high-end Radar systems. We welcome talented candidates at various experience levels who bring a fresh perspective and a strong commitment to learning. This role offers a chance to develop expertise in a challenging, fast-evolving field, regardless of prior years in the industry.
About the jobYour initial task is to get acquainted with the essential evaluation criteria at system level and the underlying radar architecture with its subsystems, while participating as a test-team member.
The test-team consists of a Test Manager and System/Test Engineers. Most of the team members are specialists in a certain domain (e.g. signal processing) and some of them are generalists.
We offer you a learning trajectory by active coaching on the job including live trials on navy ships and land based test sites, combined with specific training courses.
