What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephone calls in the scheduling phone queue courteously and promptly
- Schedule and reschedule patient exams in the appropriate time slots and facilities
- Verify and update patient information in the Centricity - RIS IC system
- Navigate the scheduling process, ensuring accuracy in tasks, medical terms, and diagnosis
- Identify correct CPT codes and fees for self-pay exams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and patients
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a scheduling role within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with imaging studies and basic patient care procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience in a medical environment
