      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the implementation of a patient-centric model involving physicians, clinics, and hospitals
      - Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with Centers of Excellence and key health systems
      - Serve as the authority on tools and resources to support healthcare providers for Rare Disease patients
      - Master targeted disease states and execute local disease education and promotional programs
      - Navigate complex hospital settings to access key healthcare providers and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree and 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years calling on prescribers of specialized products
      - Proven launch experience in competitive environments and a consistent track record of sales success
      - Experience with Salesforce automation platforms and other business intelligence tools
      - Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and market access fundamentals
      - Valid driver’s license in good standing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or PhD with 4+ years of experience
      - Experience in rare diseases and prior experience calling on Key Accounts and academic institutions
      - Endocrine experience and familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution models
      - Demonstrated ability to identify and hire exceptional sales teams
      - Previous market development or start-up experience
