What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct field inspections and assess complex crop claims with minimal supervision
- Communicate complex regulations and interpretations to claimants and industry professionals
- Perform fact-finding regarding crop damage, documenting findings for potential indemnities
- Complete claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies while contributing to team projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry
- Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire
- Personal transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory and beyond as needed
- Ability to walk up to 3 miles in agricultural fields, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, and lift 25 to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
