What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete field inspections and related responsibilities, including reading maps and measuring field and storage bins
- Perform fact-finding regarding crop damage and accurately record information to determine potential damages
- Provide excellent service to customers, including agents and policyholders
- Utilize company software to electronically transmit claims information from the field
- Adhere to regulatory and company rules, policies, and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry for Crop Claims Specialist I
- Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) Certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire
- Personal transportation and willingness to travel within and outside assigned territory
- Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles, climb storage bins up to 25 feet, and lift 25 to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or Equivalent for Crop Claims Associate with no prior experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Residence in the Wisconsin counties of Washington, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Winnebago, Manitowoc
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
