What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work directly with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to process and collect claims
- Review and appeal unpaid and denied claims

- Keep updated on billing/collection procedures
- Handle collections on unpaid patient account balances

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or a combination of a degree from an accredited college and 2 years of experience
- Systems application super user
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic or intermediate computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training and/or experience with computer data entry
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
