What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure clean claim submissions via electronic or manual processes
- Edit all rejections and errors within practice management systems, clearing houses, and payor portals
- Generate invoices for private payors, county payors, and state billing
- Follow up on assigned outstanding aging reports for remittances
- Adhere to all company billing policies, procedures, and compliance regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing/accounts receivable/revenue cycle
- Proficient in CPT, ICD10, HCPCS coding, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
