Job Description: RCM Specialist for Patient AR

Location: Hero PSC/Remote

Status: Full Time / Hourly Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $18-$20.50 per hour

Hero Practice Services is seeking a RCM Specialist for Patient AR to be part of the team responsible for the company's Dental billing and collections.

Responsibilitie s:

• Ensure patient balances are accurate based on Insurance responses and Discount programs
• Communicating with guarantors about outstanding balances
• Processing payments and Establishing payment plans
• Advocating for our Patients and Families and providing each and every person an extraordinary experience

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service
• Experience with Multiline Phone Systems
• Collecting payments

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with EMR/EHR
• Experience with Revenue Cycle, especially Dental
• Experience with Remote Work

Physical Requirements:

This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand; talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.
