What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound seller inquiries and secure signed property contracts.
- Exceed sales targets by converting leads into closed deals.

- Maintain and manage a well-organized database for consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with the lead qualification team to focus on closing deals.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Strong passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Proficient with CRM systems and marketing/lead technologies or a quick learner of new systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage systems, files, and schedules efficiently.
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but high-performing sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
