      Our real estate team is growing across the state with Zillow Flex opportunity which rivals any lead source on earth, and we're looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team in OHIO and FLORIDA! You'll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture.       $45,000 - $75,000 first year then up to $250,000 per year Potential

      Responsibilities
      • Create Marketing Content to show how our average agents close 25+ Tx compared to our competition.

      Will be their success coach. We have a proven process, and you will teach them and hold agent accountable to assure they are successful within our network.
      • Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
      • Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry
      • Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
      • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
      • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process

      Qualifications
      • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
      • Superb time management and organizational skills
      • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools and services
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
