WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Real Estate Analyst Intern, your focus will be in learning and developing skills and supporting three key business units:

• Land Acquisition / Entitlement
• Communities Development and HOA
• Finance/Accounting

REQUIREMENTS

• Working toward a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience with successfully meeting deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and problem solving
• Project management skills and abilities capable of balancing multiple and competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
