What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze comparative data for real estate transactions and portfolio management
- Prepare and present site selection overviews, including market analysis and property value
- Create proposals, presentations, and financial reports for real estate opportunities
- Coordinate with public officials on zoning regulations and property usage
- Manage property functions, including processing invoices and contract preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED); College degree in Real Estate or Business Administration preferred
- Three to five years of analytical experience and contract knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Access database management, including creating and modifying databases
- Ability to review and understand real estate legal and lease contract language
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
