What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED); College degree in Real Estate or Business Administration preferred
- 3-5 years of analytical experience and contract knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review and understand real estate legal, lease, and general contract language
