What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inputs to digital tracking tools and document repositories for real estate actions
- Track and manage supporting documents for acquisition, permitting, leasing, and licensing
- Prepare decision briefs and relevant real estate documents
- Develop project schedules and timelines to ensure effective execution
- Support real estate specialists in negotiations for land-use agreements and permits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to pass a government background investigation, including various verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant document management experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, real estate, or a related discipline
- Experience with document development, process tracking, and document management
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and Acrobat Pro
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to solve problems effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with TRIRIGA software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders
- Proven track record of maintaining a positive and supportive attitude in dynamic environments
