      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-level executive support to the Broker, managing complex schedules and client communications
      - Manage and maintain the client database, including tracking follow-ups and pipeline activity
      - Oversee all aspects of listing and transaction coordination, including preparing for listing appointments
      - Coordinate marketing efforts and community events, ensuring a strong online presence for the team
      - Support buyers from onboarding to closing, collaborating with various stakeholders in the transaction process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting real estate professionals in a similar capacity
      - Must possess an active Minnesota real estate license
      - Proficiency in MLS, CRM tools, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management software
      - Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
      - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in marketing or event planning within the real estate sector
      - Familiarity with third-party vendors and professionals in the real estate industry
      - Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
