What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Order and review title, title exception documents, surveys, environmental and soils reports, ensuring conditions are met for closing real estate transactions
- Develop systems to enhance efficiency in work processes
- Facilitate and engage in Development meetings
- Monitor updates and coordinate key project schedules to support the Development Plan
- Review, process, and track all invoices related to real estate projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a commercial real estate role
- Experience with title, survey, and site plan reviews
- Strong computer/software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and leases, including purchase and sale contracts and ground leases
- Must work well in a team environment and demonstrate a collaborative attitude

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
- Undergraduate degree
