Responsibilities
• Foster and maintain relationships with existing investors, ensuring clear communication and identifying opportunities to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute plans to grow the business by building strong, professional connections with new buyers across various markets.
• Lead sales and marketing efforts to maximize volume and profitability for all wholesale accounts.
• Qualify and manage leads through phone, text, and email, ensuring consistent follow-up and a seamless appointment-setting process.
• Utilize CRM tools to organize and route leads effectively, while tracking campaign progress and results.

Qualifications
